Daily affirmations can keep you on track when you feel like you are falling behind. Speaking things into existence really does work if you actually believe what you are saying. So when dieting, it’s very important to believe that you can lose the weight and you will.
I love to look online at inspirational quotes. When I read them I am in awe that someone could say a “one liner” and it makes so much sense. All those feelings that can be summed up in one sentence just amazes me. I’ve compiled a few of my fav’s for some inspirational mid-week pick me up’s!
